I mean when people use it to describe things that aren't actually epic. I particularly hate it when followed by the word fail. This may just be an American thing, I don't know.

Haha...epic fail is far too often used...won't disagree. Some great times on youtube can be found on 'cat fail' 'fat fail' 'dog fail' 'human fail'...some of them are quite epic lol
