Female admin staff are psychos, absolute fecking psychos, worse than chefs.

I don't know what their problem is, but it's universal. I have worked in so many settings and every single one of them has been a pathetic psycho of the highest order. I'm talking about senior admin staff here, the ones who think they run the place but they don't, not the young sexy ones who are just earning a bit of cash before they get themselves a proper job.

Seriously, these people have 365 periods a year! You aren't my manager, and you're supposed to provide admin assistance to me, not the other way around. They need to get a life!

The other great thing about an entirely homosexual workforce, from Ukip's perspective, is as well as not needing maternity leave it solves any problems with the weather.

Since they argue that bad weather is god punishing homosexuals, they just basically need to move homosexuals back and forth across the country as a group to have complete control over rain levels.

Drought in the midlands, send in the gay force. Tourist season at Brighton, evacuate the gays. Etc, etc. It's really an easy soloution that will help the UK's economy improve massively.
