A quick report on these ...

They're ace. Great sound and the battery lasts like forever between charges. We took on on holiday with us and used it for probably a couple of hours each day over the course of a few weeks and never had to recharge it.

I bought a second one as well to make a stereo pair and am seriously considering getting the subwoofer too.
