I prefer Autumn/Winter over the Summer for the most part, but the worst part of Winter is the feckin' bugs you pick up every few weeks.

Currently got either a very bad cold or a really mild flu, hard to tell which. I was nearly hospitalised by flu last year like and it's nothing like that.

Anyone else came down with anything yet?
 

I was loads ill last year. I was pretty stressed out though, and not really living healthily at all. This year I've sorted myself out a lot and so far, no illness. Everyone I know's dropping like flies though, it's only a matter of time.

Sounds like Swine Flu mate. Had your Tamiflu yet?

I've got a worse cold than you but I'm not complaining because I'm a real man.
As for monkeys, I stay away from them now. They're pretty overrated as sex partners
 
I mostly get a cold when it gets suddenly a bit colder, now the weather has descended in to rainy / sleety Helsinki winter which I do dislike. It's only good for running, and not very good for that either.
 

Don't think its anything to do with the season and don't know how i caught it but i have just got rid of Hand, foot and mouth disease(not to be confused with foot and mouth disease) i looked like a bloody leper for a month.
 
I've been ill in some form or another in every December for the past 4-5 years or so. I'm not too bad atm so hopefully if I can keep my immune system in good shape I can fend illness off this year.

You should probably keep away from me then. I always get flu around Christmas!
 
i stopped smoking 18 months ago after 23 years, started going back to the gym 3 or 4 times a week, go out on my bike 3 or 4 times also, footy training twice a week and i eat now a very healthy diet..................i've never picked up so many feckin infections in my life ffs,,, i am actually on the sofa today with a stuffy nose , headache and aches and pains, dosed up on beechams. I think im gonna go out and get 20 bensons and case of carling, i used to feel much better before !!!
