Could Everton buy it?
It would be handy for Everton to own the land on Goodison Rd if we were to ever expand.
It's weird how Everton could potentially buy a player for £10m who could end up being a non investment, yet couldn't get £10m to buy up land? Buying up houses in done in installments just like a transfer. Surely buying up land wouldn't be as dear as a player?
