Milk

Udderly delicious
Both Wenger (in Gianluca Vialli's book The Italian Job) & Klopp have suggested that British players don't learn to be properly technical players because of ................... wind

Apparently it all starts when we are kids and having to run around just to keep warm and that this physicality continues all through the players' career so whilst our players can run a lot, they aren't much kop at seeing a pass or just taking time on the ball.

obvious exceptions but are they on to something or is it just so much hot air?

I think it's just a British trait, over the years it's sleays been hit it long, aim for the big man etc, as long as you give a 100% and have an engine your considered decent
Since more foreign managers/players have entered the British scene more technically gifted players are not frowned on as much but it will takes years before it takes full effect

the wind isn't comparable from liverpool and manchester! That's why united and city have won so many PL titles, whilst Liverpool haven't. The wind is so much different a few miles away.
