Fergie must have already discussed his transfer targets with the board and I imagine Moyes will mostly go with them, especially if Ronaldo is on the list. DM must have had players in mind that he wanted to sign for Everton too. Perhaps he'll try and take them to United? Negredo is the most obvious example, particularly if Rooney is dead-set on leaving. Moutinho could be another.

Evra is their club captain but he'll be 32 at the end of next season, so a move for Baines could be quite likely. They're a bit lightweight in midfield too with Carrick, Anderson and Cleverley, meaning that Fellaini could also be a target.

If Moyes started next season with:

__________De Gea
_Rafeal Ferdinand Vidic Baines
Ronaldo Fellaini Carrick Kagawa
_______Rooney
____________Van Persie

(Lindergaard, Jones, Negredo, Moutinho, Welbeck, Giggs, Nani)

Then it's difficult to see how he could fail really.

Don't think that many signings will be made!

Personally, I think you will see Rooney go out of the club, Bale coming into the club (possible swap + money) and Baines come in

Moyes will boss it. Pelligrini and Mourinho will be stiff competition but I think he'll win a few trophies at United, probably not the CL though.

I'll be interested to see if his tactics change to suit the greater expectations placed on him. I wish him every success, except at our expense of course.

I really want to see him put out a side which smashes the RS into the ground (for once).

Can you imagine Ronaldo under Moyes? That relationship would break down in five minutes.
