are these guys takin the slash ?

ticket prices from the o.s.

Adult £28.00 OAP £20.00 Under 16 £20.00

yet on the wigan site i have just found their ticket prices which range from .....

adult £20 - £22
oap £15 - £17
junior £10 - £17 with under 11's £ 5

whats with the big hike for us ?
is it cos thats what we charged their coachload ?

i have 2 under 11's and it's a big difference from £5 each to £20 each, so much so that they wont be coming with me, i have the accent for their end but wouldn't want to sit in there with the "fook off you scouTser brigade ( the T is something they insert and actually emphasise).
i want to take 1 of the kids as i always do, seems a bit much to charge £20 for a kid though when they charge theirs a fiver.

Thanks you for the post.
Hi guys, Im a newbie. Nice to join this forum.

Hate being ripped off for away tickets just because they know there are thousands of people like me who'll pay regardless, we should charge the away supporters of every club we feel are ripping our fans off £100 per ticket. I think the rule is you can't charge more than home supporters pay so we should just offer about 10 seats with obstructed views for that price & then rip off other clubs fans like they rip ours off

I'm still pissed off that Derby & West Brom had the nerve to demand £38 & £40 per ticket at their sheddy little grounds because they wanted to clean up while spending 1 season in the Premiership

I like Wigan and Blackburn away we always get given a buckload of tickets, took me arl fella to Wigan when we won 2-1 a few seasons back might try and get to this one dependent on work etc.

Personally I'm not a fan, it's the lids day out because it's so close

It's no long haul away day to Pompey or Mackemland but it's a good laugh still, only [Poor language removed] thing about Wigan is the lack of decent ale houses near the ground as it's like NotloB's ground and is built on a retail park with a Maccies a Next and a cineworld next to it, bit [Poor language removed]

i do cos it's so close to me, can get the bus or get the mrs to drop me off and then i can have a bevvy.

* i have to state though that when people ask how far from wigin i live, my answer is "not far enough" or "about 40 years away"
