Say we got 10M

Out:
Naismith - 3M
Gueye - 1.5M
Heitinga - 4M

In:
Fer - 8M
Sinclair - 5M or 6M
Douglas - Free
Honda/Ljajic - 4M

Just don't sell Fellaini. We are so much better with him on the pitch. Imagine how deep we would be with Gibson, Fellaini, Fer, Osman, Barkley, Honda/Ljajic rotating within the DM, CM and AM positions; and Mirallas, Pienaar, Sinclair, Oviedo(hopefully) on the wings. We only need to be smart on the transfer market.

Our 4-5-1 formation means we have one striker playing regularly with 1 on the bench which is why vellios is never getting playing time, so unless either jela or vic will be happy getting next to no football moyes will either have to play 2 up top to keep everyone happy or look to flog one if he is keen to bring another forward in

I think both Vic and jelavic are lone strikers. By that I mean neither are affective at playing the No.10 role. Playing the posistion fellaini has been playing. So I imagine if moyes brings in another striker it will be more of a No.10 type striker who's affective playing off Vic or jelavic but also capable of playing up top on his own also.

I would think this season has certainly made moyes think about jelavic... I imagine if an offer came in for him that was a good offer and he had other targets he may just sell.

Yaya Toure and David Silva are both CMs, would you play them in the same positions? There's different types of players in each position. Fer plays DM for Twente, Fellaini has played AM for us most games this season. Moyes said as much.

Fact is if we want to really push on next season we need a big money sale- doesn't make us a selling club- just means we don't have a ridiculous sheikh with unlimited resources to fund stupid deals.
Just a financing mechanism.
By all accounts Fellaini is that player who will enable us to buy better players for next season.
He almost definitely needs to be sold. Its of mutual benefit to him and to us.

I'd let Fellaini go, mainly because I don't like the way Moyes uses him. It's a waste as far as I'm concerned.

If Fellaini is going to be sold for big money then so be it, but I really think he gives as an added edge because of his physical attributes and the fact he can play all CMs positions and honestly even if we sold him for say 25M plus the 10M or so we would already have. Do you really think we could buy all the players we'll need to properly replace Fellaini plus the 3 or 4 players we need to improve our depth quality? Even with 35M to spend, the board would have work just as hard as if they only 10M to improve our squad without Fellaini IMO.

Would rather we sell players like Naismith, Gueye and Heitinga and get as much as possible for them. Bring 2 or 3 players and continue to develop our youth players.

OUT
Fellaini - £22m
Naismith - £1m
Neville

Wages saved - £125k+

IN
Fer
Negredo
Diame
Lescott

Total - £30m

No excuse with the new TV deal, and £8m apparently already available from the Fer deal.

been thinking about this all week. If we have sod all money as usual then spunk the load on getting Fer and Diame in. Imagine a midfield of them two ... and we manage to keep Felliani. With such a dynamic, hard working midfield, defence will be solid and as long as whoever plays up front puts a decent shift on and periodically finds form then we should be set for greater things.

Sell Fellaini. What i have seen this season we have played better when he's not there. Also getting rid of him may get Jellyfish back to his best cos he plays more out wide when fellaini plays along side him.
