Who would you buy from potential relegation clubs?

UltraVires

Player Valuation: £10m
I hope I am not tempting fate here but I think/hope we are pretty much safe now.

With that, my thought turned to a serious rebuild job in the summer and I think we need to get rid of some deadwood but I also think we need to recruit some players who know the PL and are willing to show some spirit and fight.

Time and again we have seen higher up teams cherry pick from relegated teams, not least from the RS.

Going solely off the current table, I think the teams we could look at are:

1. Brighton
2. Bournemouth
3. Villa
4. West Ham
5. Watford
6. Norwich

Who would you look to take from these teams if they went down?

Personally, I think Norwich, Bournemouth will go down with the remaining place being between Villa and Brighton, leaning towards Brighton.

If i were to pick 3 players from these teams, I would go for:

1. David Brooks (Bournemouth)
2. Max Arrons (Norwich)
3. Trossard (Brighton)

Besides that I'd look to take Aaron Ramsdale as a GK that would challenge Pickford but there's also players like Dunk, Fraser (out of contract but Arsenal strongly linked) and Ake (still probably overprices even with relegation).

Who would everyone else's top 3 be?

Nathan Ake

Brooks hasn't played a minute of football this year in the prem, so I wouldn't go near him.

Grealish
Aarons
RIce

I didn’t count grealish as I think he’d cost a fortune.

Mcginn I haven’t seen enough of and he’s only come about lately as far as I can tell. He’s looked good so far but is he a flash in the pan, I didn’t pick Pukki for similar reasons.

Sarr from Watford is a shout though, he’s looked good every time I’ve seen him.

Some cracking players in those sides, could make a very decent XI just from those sides, most of whom could or will end up playing for teams in the top six.

Fabianski, Diop, Ake, Dunk, Grealish, Rice, McGinn, Doucoure, Buendia, C. Wilson,

Subs: Ryan, Aarons, Cantwell, Brooks, Sarr, Deulofeu, Yarmolenko, Haller

Would be very happy with any of them here, in most cases it’s far better than what we have right now.

Stopped reading at Ake & Rice...bed lad.

Probably agree with the lad who said David Brooks.

The lad is a player, somehow, if Bournemouth go down think he’ll be back at Sheffield Utd.
Might sniff at Callum Wilson, but wouldn’t touch Norwich or Brighton players really.
Realistically they all have good players, but how many will actually improve ya significantly? Grealish? Doucoure?Saying that, every time I’ve seen John McGinn he’s been great, proper battler in the midfield something some of ours lack!

Doucoure, Deulofeu and Grealish and then Fabianski to push Pickford for a starting place.
Grealish would probably cost £40m or more though so whether Moshiri would sanction that is doubtful at the moment. Would certainly improve our midfield and is more of a leader than most of our first team.
