Who will decide how well we do?

Obviously the whole team will together decide how well we do this year, but if there is one player or staff member who will affect our performance the most, who do you think it is?

Baines and Fellaini will be big this year, if they stay, but I think performance of Mirallas will largely decide just how good our offense is. We know he can be great when healthy, but it is important that he stay healthy and keep top form.

Yeah, the more I think about it, I should have left Martinez off. The poll should have been just players, as the manager does have the biggest effect on the team, no question.
