I am not taking part in any negative threads. I am so positive. If we can keep close to our best 11 as often as possible we might even challenge the top 4. So if that was to happen there would be no need to pick and moan.

I'm not saying these will be the worst performers by any means (in terms of average match ratings out of 10) but in comparison to your average Evertonians expectation I'll say Lukaku/Martinez. Reasons for that are i think we have a top 8 squad a comfortable top 8 squad and if Martinez can't get us their with us having no EL OR ECL commitments with the rest of the top 8 having European commitments.

With regards Lukaku, he is paid to score abc if he does no one will have a problem, some fans will say he got 20 goals last season and that's good enough, I'd counter that by saying Rooney this season has scored 5 goals in 8 competitive games this season, I'm not sure that UTD fans would accept he has looked like a top level 1 in 2 striker thus far yet his stats say he's doing even better than that. He needs to improve his hold up play, the amount of our attacking moves that break down due to his bad touch or pass is inexcusable, if Kone did it I'm sure a lot more would be made if it. Although Kone is better at holding the ball up and bringing others into play.
