Who starts for USA?

There are quite a few players that will move around, especially on the left side, so you may see a different starting XI each match. I think you might see something like this:
Jozy
--- ? --- Dempsey Zusi
Jones Bradley
--- ? --- Besler Gonzalez* Cameron
Howard
If Gonzalez is healthy he may get the shot at CB, but some think Cameron will go there. If Cameron moves to CB, then probably Chandler will move into RB.

I think he plays CM and you'll see him subbed in most matches. Not sure if you'll see Mix on the wings.

I'm guessing we'll only see Mix if we're chasing a game. He'll come on for Jones then to provide some more attacking threat.
What are the chances we see Jozy as a sub? On form, seems very likely, but I haven't seen him not start in a long time. Any chance we see Dempsey up top as a false-9, or does Wondo get a chance to prove his class?
