As Alan Irvine gas been appointed manager of the Albion, I wonder who will take on the role of academy manager. Joe Royle's experience would have been valuable if he would have been taken on board in the first place before he went to Norwich so who now?
I was with Joe Parkinson yesterday who has now taken the role of U21 coach at Wigan so he is out of it. It will be interesting to see who takes over

good job for joe parkinson that, martinez will either bring in someone abroad (probably spanish) or someone with some affiliation with everton i believe.
