Who is the least gash of our back up strikers?

The least hideous option if Rom is crocked?

We all rightly bemoan being in this situation - just poor choices to select from.

I guess Kone is the least unacceptable. However, none of the 3 are showing any form (or getting any real game time to discover some form). Calvert-Lewin is scoring. I know throwing a 19 year old into the Premiership is a high risk strategy but bold moves have sometimes paid dividends - Rooney for Everton, Rashford more recently for Utd being examples.

Form and confidence, in a striker particularly, are so important. Calvert-Lewin should be the most confident out of all our strikers, bar Lukaku, so try him while he is in the mood.

Yes I go along with that, plus you are getting two for the price of one!!!!!

All things and Lukaku's thigh being equal, it could well be this guy.

From the Checker Trade Trophy match I saw at Bolton, McAlney looked better than Henen

Not saying just because I like Conor, it's my honest opinion

@Woolly Blue was there with me, he can attest as to whether I'm talking guff

Henen was anonymous that night and I saw him two or three times last season too ... he was anonymous then as well.

McAleny was lively when he came on against Bolton, but he's unlikely to ever be Premier League standard and, if he has any ambition, he needs to leave the club.
