Lukaku. Two seasons scoring close to 20 in each and already above his tally at this point last year. Goals cost money and strikers cost more than defenders.
Personally I think Stones will be the most important in a couple of years time but in terms of money, right now it's Rom.

Tim Howard has had the biggest impact, the negative impact when he played and the biggest positive when he got injured
No Jag's, Coleman, Barkley, Mirallas?
