I have just read the Echo and was fuming with a comment made by Jason McAteer - "We've got two of the biggest clubs in the world on our doorstep in Liverpool and Manchester United. Not to use them and the help they could give would be daft"

Is he deliberately trying to antagonise blues or is he just so completely ignorant. Falling attendances were given as a reason for sacking Ronnie Moore to try a new approach. Ostracizing half of Merseyside is not going to do anything to increase gate numbers! What a ****.

I personally would now love to see them go down this season.
