White socks

Serious thread for a change...... When is it acceptable to wear white socks ? I wear the small trainer socks nobody can see which are white but I would never....ever wear white socks that can be seen . They look tacky and make you look about 7.

I've got white socks on in a pic I just took before with the dog.

I wear black socks and white socks in equal measure. Got heaps of white socks for sport and be arsed finding the right pair in the morning.
