I'm sure the medics who saved a life in the crowd only did it for the card. What utterly patronising crap.

Reminds me of a conversation I had as a union rep with a new and proving himself to be clueless head master, who wanted to give staff certificates for 100% attendance. I pointed out that I hadn't missed a day in 10 years but would damn well throw a sicky to avoid being patronised by a bit of card.

Well done for not cheating! Football is by far the worst sport for players cheating. You wouldn't need this card in most sports.

People are campaigning for a rainbow card to be given to players who celebrate a smashing routine when scoring.

I'd happily support booking any player who does morec than raise an arm while trotting back to their own half, or shakes the hand of more than just the provider of the assist.
