After extensive research, i'm about to go big and launch my own repair company using sawdust and woodchips.

However, I need to be able to see and identify microbiological stuff, things like bacteria, fungal hyphae, protozoa, etc. Apparently some fungi now digest plastic, and I need to make sure there's a healthy colony of fungal predators present in the sawdust so I don't get stuff I'm fixing eaten.

Anyone used a cheapo Amscope ? Looking at a trinocular one with 5m pixel camera. Obviously, once I've made it big I'll get an Olympus.

Hi @orchard, hope you're well.

I've got a mate that specialises in this stuff, just dropped him a message to ask his opinion and will report back asap.
Great thanks mate. Handed my notice in at work with the new venture so I'm free to pursue my destiny at last.

You okay bud?

Thanks for taking this seriously, I haven't told the fam yet, so it's a bit risky, but like they say, you need to speculate to accumulate.
