Which away fixture traditionally has the best atmosphere ?

West Ham has consistently been the best away, you'll get on offs like Oviedo v Man U or Sunderland QF but for consistency it was West Ham. Sadly it probably won't be like that anymore.

Coincidentally the local aways are normally the worst.

More often than not we conjured something out of their games that we looked like losing.

God how they hated playing the blues at home there... there were resigned to the inevitable

Also for the fact that the games I have been to up there I have been sat in with the home fans biting my tongue and sitting on my hands with a

'badly disguised sheepishly trying to look sort of neutral but probably failing' look on my face...

West Ham is usually good as we usually win.

It's one of the few games you go full of optimism, and you know there will be a great atmosphere from us.

We missed all our goals in this game, got off at 1 down to beat the que in the tube, got back to Euston and we'd won 3-1, what a gang of Dickheads

Always like the local pre season aways. We always take a good following, fill all the pubs and normally beat the Burys, Rochdales and Blackburns!

From my experience it's all depends on result. If we doing alright the atmosphere is brilliant (west brom, city this season), but if we are [Poor language removed] then it's reasonable quiet on the away end (Bournemouth, Chelsea)

Leeds was always good.
Stoke should be about your best shot this season of the remaining games or Hull or Boro.
