Germany 3rd-9th. The big teams are obviously a cut above, but the league has much more parity than the PL, so the middle of the table is much more competitive.
Italy. Don't know, don't watch it. I think we could compete with anybody in the league on any given night, but we'd probably fail to win the winnable games like we do now.
Spain. 3rd-6th. Admittedly I don't see much of it, but more than Italian. Can't compete with the giants, but I think we'd be competitive with everybody else over a season even if Sevilla, Bilbao, Atl Madrid and Valencia skinned us occasionally.
France. 1st-3rd. We could win it, but we probably wouldn't.
