Where to now?

Moyes makes my blood boil. Needs to grab himself by his ginger pair and realise that for 50k a week part of his job is to be adaptable..to lift the players, to potentially just MAYBE try something a tiny bit different to the disgusting dross we get served. "One hand tied behind his back blah blah". Does that explain his persistence with completely average, under-performing players? Does it explain which he shows near to no tactical nous at all?

The moyes out brigade is ridiculous. He's done wonders for our club and works under such **** conditions. He's been saying for at least 2 years he needs a striker and winger but hasn't been able to get one. He's since lost the 2 creative forces that made our team tick and hasn't been able to replace them.

If he walks we will go down! The likes of Fellani, Rodwell, Barkley, drenthe jags, Baines would follow him out of the door for pastures new. You would not get any sort of decent manager wanting to come here working under these conditions. Mind you Owen coyle could be available soon!! Pretty sure his name was thrown around here regulary by the moyes out brigade. Seems to have not been mentioned much.. Wonder why!?!?

It's quite clear what moyes has been up to the last few years. All he can do... Invest in youth and hope to build a team from that. We have some exceptional youngsters that moyes has been heavily involved with. It will take time tho.

He made it clear after a summer of loosing players and not bringing in players it was going to be tough which it is proving to be. It's a transition year... Simples! And he's relying on his trusted snr players such as nev, Cahill, hibbo, ossie and co (who have served him well over the yesrs)to ensure prem footy first and formost.

Criticize his tactics yes... Football is about opinions! Personally I believe he could be doing things a bit different. Cahill should be benched, Barkley should be playing more, nev would never be playing CM against teams like Norwich at home and I'll gladly slate and **** him off for a poor results and IMO bad team selections but there is a much bigger long term picture than 1 game or 1 season and he's still the best man to have in charge of our club.

Maybe 1 day soon he will be given the money to compete on a more level playing field with the top sides (or even the mid to lower teams) and you will see him excel again!
Remember he built everything we have off peanuts. 9 years of top 4-8 finishes!?!?
What more can we expect off him?!?!

Sound post. Could't believe there were so many 'Moyes Out' banners and chants at GP yesterday. I mean, how can he not get the message ?

Absolutely disgusting if there was moyes out banners at goodison.

As I said you will not just be outing moyes... Say goodbye to our top players. They will follow! Probably in disgust!

People really have to stop making excuses for Moyes.

Yeah we are skint blah blah blah but our failings this season have been down to him and the players nothing else.

We aint had many injuries so cant complain about anything like that as our first 11 is more than decent.

Our first eleven is just that decent....

Problem is stoke, Sunderland , qpr, and co's first eleven are also decent and the top 6 our alot better than ours!

Coleman RW ossie Billy Cahill vellios straq Saha currently Neville are all very average players who would not be guaranteed to start at the above mentioned teams. Apart from youngsters there moyes only real options

True.

However the difference with these teams is they have a bit of belief about them. They go out and attack teams. Our team looks bereft of confidence and the way Moyes builds "up" his team im not shocked at that. Some of his comments this season have been a disgrace.

Seriously. I just want to see us attack a different way than the 152nd cross into the box from Baines. Drenthe (and Barkley) give us that.

I'm not on the anti-Moyes bandwagon yet, but if the squad selections keep going the way they are, I might be turned.

I think our January signings will sort out the rest of this season, but it's next summer is where we should actually get our transitional squad in to a solid bunch and Moyes needs to start picking a squad that wins games. Now it almost seems he's picking a squad that forcing Kenwright to sell. Not that is the case, but you know, not set up to win in games we should consider 3 point bankers. If he/Kevright don't sign Royston on a pre-contract on january I will likely fume and rage when I learn his destination.

To be fair, he did change it up this week what with gueye starting. And he did bring cahill off too.
