Where should I stand?

Leonard Rossiter

Player Valuation: £1.5m
in pretty much every thread at some point or other there are the same sort of phrases,
APOLOGISTS or
PROPAGANDIST.

my questions are,
1. How do i know which one i am?
2. Is there a test?
3. can't I just be an Evertonian?

Never stand behind a constipated Cow.

If you think Bill is leading the club in ta correct manner under difficult circumstances then you would appear to be an Apologist.

If you think every word spoke by Bill is done so to with an evil cloak turning cackle off camera by him, then you are Propagandaist.

All I've heard for the past 3 months is "We need a winger and a forward"

That's what we got, everyone is excited about Drenthe with good reason, but I'm also excited about the Argie.. Leading scorer in Argentina, subject of a 7mil pound move to Napoli etc, etc..

The icing on the cake is the balancing of the books..

Overall I think we made good moves.

If we'd sold Yakubu and Beckford and got those two in, i'd have considered that a good day of business.

Selling Arteta as well.....not so much.

And let's not label each other eh? We all support Everton, and we all have our own opinions as to how we do that. Let's not turn on each other.

Bit confused BLS, was that directed at me?

Either way, I agree.. I think.

i.e Balancing the books..

It has to be done mate, like it or not.

It's all seater now anyway, so you've got to sit.

You can stand during corners and when the ball goes toward the box though.

And when pissing. Only lasses sit then.

No it wasn't. You're sound Nordy lad.

So why are we in the situation that it has to be done?

I was contemplating it earlier, starting to come to the realisation that it would be a good move financially and clear some debts. But then why do we have those debts in the first place? Why did it have to come to selling one of our longest serving, better players?

I was reading another thread about finances and such, I'm not to keen on all of it, mate.

Mikel was our highest earner and when you figure his wages, contract and sale we save around 25mil pounds.

Also for him personally at 29 this is his last chance for a crack at the Champs league etc.

I will miss him, but overall I think the moves we made on transfer deadline day were very sound.
