Where is the hype for Patson Daka?

Both Haaland and Patson Daka came from Red Bull Salzburg, yet somehow one got far more attention and hype than the other. Haaland has been touted to be the next big thing in football along with Mbappe and he was already hot property at Salzburg, yet Daka despite score 27 and 24 goals the last 2 season, received next to no attention from any clubs. Is this because one is a White European and the other one is an African from an unknown country? I'm very surprised how good Daka has been the last 2 years.

Which player would you take at Everton? Daka or Haaland?

Fyi, Daka has took time to settle over here compared to Haaland in Germany, he only scored his first goal on Saturday and then obviously 4 tonight
