I'm sure he's more affiliated towards the club and the fans than to Kenwrong. It's all media PR, I can't find enough reason to see him having a go at kenwrong all the time, especially when he's paid 60k pr week.

So you're basically saying that Moyes prostitutes his opinion out for money?

Maybe you should take it as face value, he can appreciate the good job the chairman has done while you called for Moyes' head a couple of years ago.

Evidentally it seems we should trust Kenwright's judgement before yours pal?

And mine like.

Prostitute his opinion is too harsh. I would say he's paid to do a coaching job and it won't serve him much good if he keeps harping on things he's not satisfied at board level.
But if you can be arse, it's not difficult to find quotes lamenting lack of funds and investment.

He's not just paid to do a coaching job. He manages the club and is given full authority without intervention to do so, it's part of his remit.

Who gives him that space to do things his way without intervention?

That's what kenwrong is suppose to do. Give Moyes free reign on teams and managing affair. It's a basic fundamental approach by a chairman. Nothing great about it. And because he's not involve with team affairs, all credit should be given to Moyes. That's what I'm trying to put across before you come into the picture.

No, you were peddling your predictable KenWRONGisms before I pointed out that:

1 - You wanted Moyes' head and KenWRONG stuck by him, ergo why should we honour your opinion on him.

2 - He's not that bad at all when you consider the progress Everton have shown since he took over.

3 - You should support Chelsea/Newcastle.

That's a windup surely. Why should we listen to your opinion when you said Fellaini was crap and Banega is signing for us.
I'm still watching your space :)

Moyes does a superb boss job with the team, both on and off the pitch. Theres some on here who slate him and say he is no tactitian and cant make a sub to save his life. When we lose theres people on here who slate him for all this, which is fair enough, but never saw all the same people congratulate him for how he set the team up to play against the champions of England, and how his substitutions changed the game. In fact before the game someone on here said we are going to get raped! I dont know what goes on behind the scenes so I tend not to say he should pick this person over him as I dont see them in training every day. I trust Moyes as he is good enough to manage at the very top, I am not.

Same goes with Kenwright. I dont know what goes on behind the scenes so I wont judge him.

I posted the figures on merchandising trend over the last decade that saw a massive tailing off of profitablity after the self proclaimed merchandising genius, Robert Earl, became a board member. Not vague speculation. Facts. (y)

However what you said was drastically reducing not tailing off. Only when others pointed out in basic maths that 6.1 is a bigger number than 5.5 did you change tact.

As others pointed out the fact that we increased our merchandising revenue at all (to a new record high by the way) during a recession is actually quite an achievement. I suspect this years figures will also show another increase. (y)

Shot to the heart.
