Player Valuation: £60m
In my opinion, as we've seen with City loaning Lampard from NYC, RedBull with Terrence Boyd and the Pozzo family, the practice of owners buying more than just one club needs to stop it is disturbing financial fair play regulations and is unfair on their competitors.

100% against.

The Lampard signing stinks and sets well dodgy precedents. Smaller ('feeder') clubs will suffer, meaning the grass-roots will suffer too. Football in England is becoming less of an inclusive culture and more of a consumer product.

Against unless they change the rules about players moving between clubs. 2 basic simple rules would facilitate things.

1. No club can buy a player from another club if at least 1 person that sits in a position to have any influence in any potential transfer also has any interest in the other club.
2. A club can only loan 1 player from another club that has the same owners or if there is a person sitting in a position to have any influence in any potential transfers. And that loan can not be longer than 1 year and the player must be below 20 years of age.

Ok, I know the exact formulation need to be changed, but you get the idea.

There is no moral justification in which this should be allowed.
Man City make their other clubs successful and end up playing one of their own clubs in the club world cup.... The result is decided before kick off.

I don't understand this? If you have two successful clubs in the same event... one of them will win, right? Collusion is bad, but it's not like preventing collusion will prevent one of the two clubs from winning said event.
