Where do you stand on Calvert-Lewin leaving?

Curious to try and look at the wider sentiment around DCL with his current contract ending next week.

Lots of posters adamant he should go in the main thread, but its usually the same folk endlessly debating.

So a poll to quantify how many want him gone, are happy to keep, or are stuck on the fence.

I'm in 2 minds, personally I think a fit DCL is an asset, I'd like to see him get a run under a manager who tries to score goals.

His injuries are a bit worrying but before this injury he had 2 seasons relatively injury free.

I think he gets a rum deal off some fans though, way over the top in my opinion so if I was him I'd leave.

If he stays it’s because Moyes sees value in him, he is happy being second/third choice and means we don’t need to try and find 2 strikers this window.

If he goes, he should go with our thanks for his many years of service, his goals and some important moments. He has done better as a £1.5m signing than the majority of our big purchases.

Either way I’m chill with him staying or going.

Want him to leave, as I think its best for all parties. Think he needs a change of scenery to refresh him, also think him leaving will stop managers hoofing the ball up to him to hold onto so we can actually develop a better style.

Personally, don’t care.

He’s decent enough for our current level. But to try and move back up the league we need better. The wage he allegedly wants, don’t think he is worth it.

It’s not like he’s pivotal to us winning anything. The only downside is we don’t get a fee if he leaves, and it’ll be another body to replace.

That’s it, as far as I’m concerned.
