and backing a choice made by the majority of Evertonians, thanks to the vote that Mr Kenwright gave to us are the KEIOC clowns serving to do nothing more than cause trouble and fuss?

Apparently they are going to protest after the utd game, why?
Is it because they expect us to get beat and go on a rampage fighting in the streets only to show the photos to kirkby residents?
Is it because they want whats best for our club?

NO.

Its because the vote went against them and this is their way of spitting the dummy.

Instead of doing whats best for all of us and clubbing together moving on together and getting on with it TOGETHER, they are sowing the seeds of hate and disharmony and the harm they are doing must not be underestimated.

We had a vote (WE!) and WE said YES.

Leave it.

Can we organise an Anti-KEIOC protest? I'd get on a plane to join!

Love it, apprently according to tony marsh, KEIOC are saints and incapable of lieing and kenwright the man responsibile for taking us from relgeation [Poor language removed] to european regulars are dodgy, not good enough liars.

"In the end it was quite obvious from what Bradley and Anderson were saying that both Kenwright and Wyness have been misleading the fans on all the major issues concerning this move."

and bradley and anderson have what to do with Everton?
the evidence is for all to see, they offered us kings dock sharing with the [Poor language removed], the [Poor language removed] didn't want to share so they gave them stanley park and told us to go [Poor language removed] off and didn't offer us anything until we started voting (nice timing assholes!)

If we move to kirkby and I quote - "throw away our history and heritage?"

[Poor language removed] off tony marsh, call yourself an evertonian?, doesn't matter where we move, we will always be Everton.
Talks about our history and yet knows [Poor language removed] all, we have always moved outside the city boundries FACT.
Sour Grapes from people who think what they think is true.

Makes me mad all this arguing, we had a vote which is a damn sight more than any other team gets, why do we throw away our heritage and history by moving stadiums? 3 miles down the road and we have to throw away everything..... what?

Just leave them to it, theyve had their moment now.

They will soon fade away, remember 'Goodison for Ever-ton' when we were voting on the Kings Dock?

You are spot on chico, but what I read makes me mad and I wanted to vent some fury :D

I think it was Danny who said that these so called "Evertonians" went around kirkby distributing leaflets showing our fans fighting, who the [Poor language removed] does that?!

The whole argument was based on calling Kirkby wools.

I buzzed off it because:

1 - Liverpools academy is in Kirkby.
2 - Phil Thompson is from Kirkby, Gerrard is from Huyton, Carragher is from Bootle (Sefton).
3 - Theyre motives stem from the fact that either Kirkby is further away from Goodison or theyre bored and want to play the angry mob and get attention.

Let them protest. It is their right, as is Tony's right to bitch and complain, as much as we hate reading it. People will make thier own judgements, the Yes vote came out in a higher number than the no votes, so in that we will begin the motions to move. If this has finally mobilized LCC into finding an alternative, better and as financially sound package, then so be it. Chances are they won't and our plans will continue as before.

You guys are so sensible... feel guilty for venting now :D

I always called it the Merseyside Derby anyway :)

These people are now hell bent on causing a schism within the club, history is repeating itself. If you had a kid who couldn't get their own way you'd take them to task for it, how about starting a 'we want Kirkby group,' or a 'new stadium before anything else' faction. I could not believe my ears when some stupid bitch, for that is exactly what she was, said on the box at the weekend 'any new stadium would be a disaster for Kirkby market' such a claim is so ridiculous that its beneath contempt, as Chico will verify:angry:

what kirkby market?

i have heard of the many in liverpool, i have even heard of the barcelona market.

will local businesses suffer if huge investment and development gets the go ahead? it has cost the small local business man before, but markets are dictated by price - business isnt nice, thats why its called business.

there are always people that oppose change, im going to miss the winslow, im not going to miss the crap transport and obstructed views.

at the end of the day everton will get 19 home games in a year, + cup games. so possibly between 30 and 40 fixtures out of 365 days a year.

i wonder how upset the local community will be if major events like motor shows or big corporate events that arent associated with 'hooligan football scum' come to town.

i have said it once, i say it again - if they dont like it... [Poor language removed] THEM !

Kirkby market does exist and has a fai trade. I think its market days are Monday Friday and Saturdays therefore two out of three won't be touched at any time, if we play 12 times at home on a Saturday, tops if you are in Europe then no problem exists a part from the stall holders getting a huge increase in turnover on 12 Saturdays a week......................tossers, and rs tossers at that:angry:

Surely she means the bloody great Tesco will be bad news for the market?

That kind of talk frankly pisses me off. If everyone loved your market so much my dear then no one would even dream of stepping foot in a Tesco supermarket. No one's forcing your customers to go anywhere. Quit ya whinging.

Tbh Bruce the burgers of Kirkby will always want a market before a super Tesco, it so much bloody cheaper(y)

We had a vote (WE!) and WE said YES.

Correction, just under half said no. Like me for one.

I don't agree with the tactics of KEIOC and their leadership and plan of action is decidedly contemptuous. They have had their chance, now they are just an annoying embarrassment to the club.

However, just because over half said yes to the move, the half that said no doesn't instantly side with the other half just because they won the vote Rob. You must keep that in mind :)
It is sad that KEIOC are basically the voice of the supressed half of the vote but we can't change that, and besides it is done and dusted now.

Anyway, the move is growing on me. Progress, inevitability etc. It does make sense, doesn't mean I have to be enthusiastic though.

BK, Wyness and Moyes et al have done wonders for our club, but that is beside the point.
The future is what now matters (as they are so keen to ram down everyones throats), so let's see if they have got that right. If not, then we'll get to that if it happens, but fingers crossed it won't and the future is rosy blue.
Time will tell.
