It all depends on whether he believes in Martinez's vision for this team. Things could be changed by a big club going in for him, and I honestly wouldn't blame him if he wanted to leave for champions league football. Hopefully nobody relevant makes a juicy bid for him. We don't need any distractions like the John Stones Saga.

He does like playing every minute of every match so maybe he'll stick around for a couple years. We should make it captain so its harder for him to leave (he does deserve the armband too).

I would love to see him wearing the No. 9 shirt.......to join the ranks of great No. 9s we have had.

Dixie, Lawton, Hickson, Young, Royle, Latchford, Duncan et al.

I wonder if he has some sort of "lucky number" attachment to the No. 10 jersey.
