I've never read the side of a box, carton, can, etc...

That said, I am trying to cut back on my sodium intake.

Beat me too it, the sheer Volume of salt in food could sink a battleship. And ploughing the stuff in might seem alright but cumulative effect takes a massive toll on heart and high blood pressure. Not easily reversible either.
 

More likely to check the ingredients than the nutritional information as I tend to work on the premise "the less ingredients the better", although there have been a few occasions when I have checked the NI and been horrified.

The amount of absolute rubbish that gets marketed as healthy is a disgrace. F'ing Subway, FFS. Absolute crap.
 
nope. if it taste good i eat it if it doesn't i don't. i live off chicken, beef and coke. i literally eat no vegetables or fruits but im still perfectly healthy.
 

i live on salad, water roast chicken and some sausage bacon and eggs of a morning, and gallons of water, only been on this diet about 8 weeks, lost 11lbs now.
