Probably Gorgonzola and Parmesan are may favourites. But I also love Cheddar, Roquefort, Manchego, and many many others.

I did some product development work with Godminster a few years back, which involved trying lots of different accompaniments with their cheeses, and that combo absolutely sings.

Kraft makes atrocious processed cheese products. The only actual cheese they make is American sliced cheese, which is terrible.

I’m a huge fan of sharp cheddar. Also like some soft cheeses like brie. But I will once in a while settle for some trash cheese sauce with a plate of tortilla chips.
