With the go-to response of cheese on toast within polls being GOT law, I thought I'd enquire about your favourite go-to cheese to smoother said delicious toast.

You think you're feta than me? Please feel free to answer openly and honestly as it's a subject close to my heart. It's okay to disabrie.

Just a note, our dear overlord @GrandOldTeam has rightfully agreed that any person who votes for the disliking cheese option will be banned from the Carlo and Crypto threads due to them being a clear and obvious danger to society. The relevant authorities will also be informed.

Take it cheesy boys and girls.

And where is the option for the salty morsels of delight that are grilled haloumi?????

Lancashire/Cheshire/wensleydale all white crumbly cheeses are my preference, I like cheddar and Red Leicester for melting on toast, blue cheeses are brill with beef or make very decent sauces. I love a lot of cheeses to be honest. Love a bit of feta also.

Always been a big fan of Gouda for cheese on toast.
Cant beat a good old fashioned strong cheddar either.

Although, I was talking to a friend from Cyprus yesterday, and he was telling me about a local snack which is essentially feta cheese baked in a filo style pastry parcel and is covered in a honey and sesame seed glaze. And I now have an intense need to try it!
