What's the scariest thing you've ever done?

My 9 year old daughter has just asked me this question and I couldn't really think of anything particularly scary. All I could come up with was absailing off a 300ft building as I'm terrified of heights.

I've obviously lead a sheltered life. I need to do more scary stuff.
