I made £65 into £2500 in about a week on football bets back in Feb. Doubled up on each bet, with the final one being both teams to score in the RS vs Arsenal game, I was starting to sweat until legohead notched that pen.

£128 in November 2008 - the first and only time I have ever won an accie. Like any student I was brassic and couldn't afford any more rent but the win saved me from eviction.

After earlier results, I remember it all hinged on Forest v Norwich, I'd backed Norwich to win and it was deadlocked at 1-1 until the dying seconds.

Then ceefax updated and showed it was 2-1 Norwich after a Chris Gunter own goal. I jumped on my housemate and broke his glasses.

He said he would charge me for them but I told him to pheck off.... happy days.

Most I've won is £100, off a free bet off Paddy Power. Threw it on Torres 1st goal Chelsea to beat Sunderlan 3-1 @ 50/1. Was proper flapping it near the end especially when Sunderland hit the bar in the last minute with a free kick. Lost out on a grand earlier in the season because of Everton. I had a pound on a five fold score and wim. Chelsea, City, Derby and Leverkusen all won whilst conceding and we beat United 1-0

My Dad won £75,000 on the lottery in work last year but as there was so many of them taking part in it he only got 2 grand.
