What's for lunch?

i had a oat based thing from home and bargain, trying to improve my fibre intake. Anyone got any real helpful ideas on supplement fibre consistently into my poor diet?

Raspberries, blueberries and blackberries are a good source of fibre.
I get bags of frozen ones and stick em in a bowl on the forge to defrost over night then have them with Skyr, couple of spoons of chai seeds and some agave nectar.

Couple of medjool dates to snack on.

Guaranteed to get you on the bog.

Plenty of Fruit and Veg.
Lentil based soups
Snack on Popcorn instead of crisps.
This. Frozen fruits of the forest are pretty cheap (at least they are here) along with oat-based muesli and yoghurt for breakfast.

Lentil soups are great - we regularly do a chicken and red lentil curry soup. Or look up some recipes for dal (like dal makhani or tarka dal).

Love a Bahm Mi...hate coriander
My Mrs is the same, says it tastes like soap, which apparently is a genetic variation that affects how individuals detect certain aldehydes, which are chemical compounds found in coriander 🤷🏻‍♂️.
Super annoying for me as I love Thai & Vietnamese food which tends to be loaded with it and precludes them from our weekend take away choices ☹️

Mate....that's the exact thing I say🤣🤣

My son finds Coriander tastes of soap too which irks him a bit when I make a Curry. Love Coriander myself.

Anyhoo, for lunch today I had Pork and Caramelized Onion Sausage Rolls.

Came to Preston for a few hours with my daughter.

She got a Spud Bros and I got this which was most delightful.
