I'd build a nice 4 bed house with a swimming pool and gym. I'd buy a house somewhere I'd get decient winter sun and move there every January and stay there till at least the end of February...
Sticking with the house theme I'd buy 4 or 5 houses in decient parts of Dublin and rent them out for constant income.
I'd give away a chunk to friends and family.
