What type of sauce do you have on your omelette?

Other than eggs what do you put in your omelette? I’m askibg for some ideas basically.

If I add anything it’ll be cheese , ham onions , mushrooms. I could do with something different.

Finely diced ham, onion, red pepper and sprinkle with cheese (preferably a Monterrey Jack/cheddar blend)

My ham and cheddar omelette better not have any sauce on it.

Adding Tabasco to the potato side dish is good.

I fry some cold boiled potatoes and put them in.

Spanish omelette, potato, onion, bell peppers and mushroom.

If I have a sauce it would usually be a hot sauce.

You can put jalpenos in.
I have brown on mine.

Have tortilla with mayo or garlic mayo.
