When I'm in work, depending where I'll be, and worrying about the drive, usually about 10 minutes after I fall asleep.

The dog gets me up around 6.30 for feeding.

Same here mate. Really weird, 5 to 6 every morning without fail.
...never had an alarm, always get up around 6am even now I'm retired and even after a few pints. If I've an early flight to catch I just get up at whatever time I need to. Very odd in that respect.

Don't use one, haven't needed to for about ten years now. Wake up at 6:30am every day, regardless of whether I'm working or not. Takes me a good couple of weeks to change it when the summer holiday rolls around, but interestingly I can revert back to normal the moment the autumn term starts.
Never set one.My body clock is pretty much messed up Apr till Oct as I work nights in the entertainment business.In Nov it takes me about a week to readjust and get back to a normal getting up time (for me) about 9/10 am.
