What striker would you prefer playing up front?

Anichebe's earned his starting place. Seeing as Fellaini's banned for Stoke we might go with Jelavic as well.

Not convinced that partnership will produce anything. In a front two you really need a number 10 who can drop off and create as well.

in that order, though of course mirallas would be in the side anyway on one of the wings
 
Jelavic is a proper poacher. I would like to see him up top. No doubting Anichebe's work rate in the last game, but I want to see him doing that consistently. Still been his best season yet. Wouldn't mind seeing them both play.

A few lads on here who watch the reserves have commented on how lazy and poor Vellios has been for them. For that reason along with the fact that Moyes obviously doesn't trust his ability starting, I would have him last.
Mirallas, I like him on the wings cutting in. He can finish a ball and take a man on and has lethal technique.
 

I think Mirallas is much more effective coming from the wing, I can't see him profiting from our long balls up front on his own. He creates a lot of chances as well so for me I think he would be wasted up front.
 
I'm beginning to think Everton should play Mirallas up front, possibly alongside Anichebe.

I thought he looked more like a winger earlier in the season, but after watching more of him I'd say his best attributes are timing runs off the last man and finishing.

We can call it 4-4-1-1, as I know people will remain petrified of 4-4-2 until Jonathan Wilson or Oliver Holt write an article saying it's OK to play it again.
