Goo - Sonic Youth
Rather Ripped -Sonic Youth
The Holy Bible -Manic Street Preacher
White Pony - Deftones
The Colour and the Shape - Foo Fighters
Mellon Collie and the Infinite Sadness - Smashing Pumpkins
Bleach - Nirvana

When Nirvana's Insesticide came out a mate made me a copy on tape but somehow messed the track order up and i got the first half of the album last and the second half first. started with Beeswax and ended with Polly.

I didn't actually realise at the time so spent years listening to it that way, it was only when i bought the cd i realised but it just doesn't sound right listening to it the proper way, i always have to start half way through.

But i guess thats just a collection of songs rather than a specific album where its designed to play in a certain order.

Yeah that's not a proper album. Pretty great though. My favorite ever Nirvana song is Aneurysm off that.

Albums are generally getting worse I'd say. They are becoming less important, artists make most of their money through ticket sales and people make playlists now than listening to albums in full.

I'll admit I'm not as into my music as I was in my late teens but the importance of albums seems to be waning.
