What kind of footie player are you?

Right sided player, either at full back or bombing on as a winger.

Wicked with crosses, decent shot, great dead ball.

Not a runner, can't tackle or hassle a player for toffee.

I did recently play as left back and scored 4, however. Maybe I should have gone to SA?
 
I was an overlapping right back that loved to get forward and put the crosses in. Didn't have great ball skills but good with a pass and a cross. Also good at marking when I was younger.

I guess you could say I was a Tony Hibbert type of player. Wasn't the best on my team but got the job done.

I think that's why I like him so much.
 
When I was in scool, out of the group doing sports there'd be enough for two matches. The sports teacher usually got the two best players to pick teams for an A match. I wouldn't usually get picked. I would then run rings round everyone in the B match like a cross between Lothar Mathaus and Leo Messi. The 'everyone' usually consisted of fat kids, bad spazzyy types and the lads who simply weren't interested.
 

Real good first touch but no real skill on the ball.. Big, strong like Gooch, but below average vertical.. Quik for a bigger guy, but stayed put in defence.. Military led to troubles with my left knee, so to play 90 would be painful..

Sounds like me, the brilliant days were a long time ago though. I'm more likely to sit on the sidelines with a pie and a cup of tea.

I've always been a keeper and always will be at heart but playing out it's normally fullback or defensive midfield terrier. I'm still pretty rapid, look for the overlap and got a decent cross on me. Basically I'm a shiter righty Baines with Hibbos shooting boots on.
 
I think Im a bit like Beckford. Quick and strong, but need 5 chances to score. Scored 50 in the last 2 years but could have had 100!! - Im normally quite chilled out, but get me on the pitch and something happens!!!
 
Used to play centre Mid....Left footed , as age and injuries caught up, played Left back....tackles were later than Royal Mail at times though.:blink:
