Every time I watch a game in the Premier League, I hear this one song sung by the crowd, usually early in the match or just after a goal has been scored by the home side. It's sung at every ground, so it's not something unique to one team. Can anyone shed some light on what it could be? It's driving me a bit crazy trying to find this out. Thanks in advance.

It's probably a hymn of some sort, if that's any help. My sister, who's over for the holidays from Oxford, suggested Jersualem, but it't not that.
