They look like dragon's claws, don't they? You pull the leathery outside off it and inside is a little fleshy thing which looks for all the world like a mermaid's clit which you nosh away on.

Nice with a cerveza negra, I find.

Barracuda - cooked on a BBQ -wasn't great.

Had crocodile steak for dinner once, thought it was pretty tasty and Kina, a sea urchin that you just cut open and eat the orange bit inside!
