Player Valuation: £8m
After the major anti-climax this year, what exactly are we looking for, as a bare minimum, next season?

Answers could include some of the following...Playing style? Lessons learned from this year? Summer transfer activity? Cup runs? League position?

Seriously though, 70 points and a cup semifinal. It's his third season and he's had time to make it his team. I think those are realistic targets. We can't control what other clubs do but 70 is more often than not good enough for 4th, so I'd be made up with that.

Edit: as long as he is not forced to sell any stars and given a reasonable transfer budget to strengthen. If we are going to have a net spend of -£20m I will be blaming the board and not Martinez for any mediocrity next season.

Giving the impression of being prepared for the start of the season by playing some half decent opposition in the pre season would be a start for me and also getting the team fit too. Throw in getting rid of the dead wood with a few half decent signings and I think we could be looking at a cup run and being around the Europa places.

We all expect much more than this season.
