For as long as we are out of the bottom 3, we don't need to do anything. I'm not a fan of the way Lampard has attacked the players (even if some fans think what he said was true) because I think it divides the players that must be united in challenging for every point.

Whether Lampard will be sacked will depend on how the other candidates for relegation are doing. If they are doing well, Lampard's disastrous away form can't be excused any longer. The bigger risk for Lampard is not the results of the other teams, but a player revolt against the manager if we get absolutely mullered by someone and Lampard goes on maximum deflection again and attacks the players for it. That won't wash.

It's a bit of a weird one because I think he's put us in this position and a more astute manager would have had us safe by now. But if he gets us out of it then I suppose that has shown good character on his part and is worth a shot next season.

I'm not entirely convinced by what he can do but time will tell I guess.

It would be a very long list if every manager who lost a Derby got the sack.
I maybe wrong and probably are, but Royle would still be manager??

My opinion has always been must stick with him regardless where we are next season. If we go down we can’t get rid. We need a rebuild a full rebuild from top to bottom. Frank knows who he can trust and who is up to it. Changing manager just causes more problems. Need stability on the coaching side.
