Christ no.

Arteta never recovered from that knee injury, hes beyond terrible these days.

If your saying pre-injury Arteta, then I would sell my first born for him.

But I would pick James McF.........

Obviously Rooney but I think our current team would be improved by Ruddy, Arteta and Lescott.
 
Without stating the obvious ones Rooney and Lescott, I would love Manuel Fernandes, Royston Drenthe (if he behaved himself like) and probably not a popular one with some but i'd love Bily back, I genuinely thought he was boss.

i watched a video of fernandes yesterday on youtube a besiktas one skills goals etc. some of the things he's doing now are unbelivable i know anyone can look like messi on youtube but some of the stuff he's doing are jaw dropping
 
There isn't much to choose from really, most of the players we've let go haven't been great cept fat Rooney and Fernandes.
