What are you eating?

Bacon, mushrooms cooked in frylight. Two eggs in fat free natural yoghurt with salt and pepper. Mixed with pasta and roasted butternut squash.

I've put on 9 pounds over the last 5 weeks from drinking too much and eating crap. Healthkick has started this week.
Good man. Not quite as healthy but I have 2 days per week of 500 cals and no junk food etc on other days.
Beer is bad!
As I haven't been on call with a possible long late drive since my dad died I've had a few beers too many and the pounds have piled up!
No more!
