What’s your favourite cheese?

I've only ever eaten cheddar. I refuse to try anything else in case it's not as nice. It's served me well for nearly 50 years. Sometimes I hear people say their favourite cheese is cheddar and it makes me chuckle thinking of all the times they've tried other stuff lol.

Got myself a mini cheeseboard ready for Xmas day. Cheddar, roquefort, manchego, reblochon. I'll probably get a bit of gorgonzola to add to it too. Maybe a goats cheese option too
