Player Valuation: £500k
So according to David Gold West Ham are expecting to fill the Olympic stadiums 54,000 capacity for every home game when they move.
Here is a club that is moving with the times and have just appointed a very intelligent man with experience of playing in the premier league and managing at the very top of international football as their manager.
Also given the added attraction of the capital to big name sponsors/investors are we seeing yet another club who will leave LITTLE Everton behind in the coming years?

Apparently they've put up £15m out of the £272m it's costing to convert the stadium for football use...

Thing is blues Everton are becoming a small club in the modern era, maybe not on history but we have won 1 trophy since 1987 and have been standing still stadium/investment wise since the beginning of this century.
Remember where Man City and Chelsea were in the 90s and look at them now, I can see West Ham becoming the next big thing, its never us despite our claims of being a massive club.

They'll be the new Fulham, no way will they attract 54k every game and will become very attractive to tourists wanting to see a prem game.
